no, you're argueing something else intirely now... You said "benefits of taking them" if you take them you will get the benefits of taking them. The benefits of taking them will always be exactly equal to the benefits you get if you take them....so when you say people don't get? the full benefits from taking them you're talking nonsense

"vitamines won't give you all the benefits of taking them" The cheap ones don't work well, that's for sure. Of cause you will get 100% of the benefits of what your body will absorb, that's if your body is not lacking in that particular Vitamin; the dearer ones tend to be more balanced and absorb better. keep in mind some Vitamins don't react well with? each other and have a tendency to cancel each other out. That's what I meant by that statement.... Next topic.

What many? people don't realize, Multivitamins such as, Read Seal, and Healtheries wont give you all the benefits of taking them. You're body will only absorb what it needs and then expel the rest; somewhere around 10-20% will only be absorbed, if that.
